Translation became cheap.
Language conversion alone is no longer a defensible service or a reliable market-entry strategy.
About Multiplyxxx
We help established creators test China intelligently, adapt proven content for Chinese audiences, and build a credible path from attention to commercial opportunity.
Why we exist
The gap sits between existing intellectual property and China’s distinct platforms, audience behavior, cultural context, commercial systems, and operating requirements.
Language conversion alone is no longer a defensible service or a reliable market-entry strategy.
Being active on five platforms can generate more work without generating useful evidence.
Large China agencies are often built for consumer brands, while editing shops rarely understand market entry or commercialization.

Her experience includes Apple and BMO, alongside 3+ years in digital marketing. She founded Multiplyxxx to help strong creator IP cross markets without losing its meaning—or wasting months on the wrong platform strategy.
She leads strategy and client communication directly, bringing in bilingual production and qualified China operations partners when the scope requires them.

Our operating model
We do not build a large team into every engagement. We assemble the right structure for the creator, platform, content category, and growth stage.
Positioning, market questions, platform choice, and client communication stay close to the decision-maker.
Research, editorial adaptation, design, editing, publishing, and reporting are organized around the agreed scope.
Qualified China-based platform, campaign, and compliance partners are added where required.
Accounts, access, adaptation rights, approvals, and handover are documented before work begins.
Principles
Start with the smallest test that can produce a useful decision.
Four thoughtful adaptations beat thirty weak translations.
Protect accounts, IP, and long-term optionality.
Separate our fees from media, talent, and third-party costs.
Growth matters most when it creates strategic or economic value.
Built to protect the creator
China can involve complicated platform, rights, payment, and operating questions. We surface those questions early instead of hiding them inside “full service.”
You retain ownership of your original intellectual property.
Accounts should be client-owned wherever platform and operating structures allow.
Content, access, rights, and sensitive issues are documented before publication.
No guaranteed views, followers, revenue, platform approval, or legal outcome.
Work together
We review every application personally. If your content shows credible potential, we will recommend the smallest useful next step.
