Content, Copyright & Platform Policy
1. Client content ownership
Clients retain ownership of their original intellectual property. A client must own, control, or hold sufficient permission for every source file, clip, image, recording, logo, music track, font, quotation, and other asset supplied for use.
2. Limited working permission
For the agreed service period, a client grants Multiplyxxx the limited permission reasonably necessary to review, adapt, store, translate, edit, publish, and manage approved content within the written scope. The service agreement defines whether final deliverables are assigned or licensed and how project files are handled.
3. Client-owned accounts
Where practical and permitted by the platform and operating structure, China accounts should be owned by the client. Account ownership, real-name verification, administrator access, passwords, publishing permissions, monetization rights, and end-of-engagement handover will be documented during onboarding.
4. Approval
Multiplyxxx uses a client-approval process for planned content unless a written agreement authorizes another workflow. Clients remain responsible for factual claims, professional advice, product claims, offers, rights, and disclosures contained in their source material and approvals.
5. Third-party assets
Music, stock footage, photography, fonts, platform templates, AI-generated material, and other third-party assets may carry separate licenses or restrictions. A license that covers one platform or country may not cover China or another commercial use. Additional licensing costs are separate unless expressly included.
6. Reposting and enforcement
Monitoring can identify apparent reposts, copies, or confusing accounts. It is not a legal determination of infringement. We may document findings and assist with platform reporting, but formal takedowns, disputes, enforcement, and legal action may require proof of ownership, local counsel, or a specialist and are separately scoped.
7. Content we may decline
We may decline or pause content involving unclear rights, unlawful activity, deception, hate or harassment, highly sensitive political subjects, unsupported medical or financial claims, prohibited products, regulatory risk, or categories requiring licenses and capabilities not included in our scope.
8. Platform control
Platforms control registration, verification, moderation, distribution, feature access, monetization, suspension, and policy interpretation. Multiplyxxx cannot guarantee approval, reach, account continuity, or the availability of any feature.
9. Performance disclaimer
Research findings, opportunity scores, commercial hypotheses, forecasts, and recommendations are professional judgments based on available information. They are not guarantees of audience growth, brand partnerships, licensing, revenue, or return on investment.
10. Portfolio use
We will not present a client name, logo, content, testimonial, or result as a public case study without the permission required by the applicable agreement or a separate approval.
11. Questions and rights notices
