China growth for creators with proven IP
Keep creating. We turn your best work into a China-native audience.
Your time belongs in the creative work only you can do. We take on the China research, platform choice, cultural adaptation, publishing, audience operations, and the path from attention to revenue.
Why China · 2026 market signal
One of the world’s largest digital audiences lives in a different content economy.
China is not simply “more reach.” It is a separate system of search, recommendation, community, and commerce. Without a China-native presence, proven Western IP can remain invisible—or be defined by unofficial reposts instead of its creator.

Bilibili’s advertising revenue grew 28% year over year in Q2 2026—evidence that brands continue to invest around creator attention. Market size does not guarantee creator profit; it makes a disciplined test worth considering.

China is not another channel
Translation gets your words across. It does not build a market.
A Western hit may need a different opening, context, format, cover, keyword strategy, and call to action in China. We identify what should travel—and rebuild it for the audience receiving it.
Is demand already there?
We examine Chinese search behavior, discussion, reposting, and audience questions.
Which platform actually fits?
We choose based on your content, audience, format, and business model—not platform hype.
What must be rewritten?
We adapt the hook, structure, context, title, cover, keywords, and format.
Can attention become opportunity?
We look toward sponsorships, licensing, partnerships, products, and events.
What we look for
Evidence before investment.
Every engagement begins with visible signals—not the assumption that every creator belongs on every Chinese platform.

The first goal is not to be everywhere. It is to discover where your IP has the strongest right to win.
Find the real signal.
Search, discussion, reposting, competitors, audience needs, platform fit, commercial potential, and risk.
Mine the archive.
Choose the strongest existing ideas—not simply the latest uploads or easiest clips.
Build the native version.
Rewrite the hook, structure, context, edit, title, cover, keywords, and call to action.
Make the next decision.
Combine performance, comments, search, competitors, and commercial signals into a clear recommendation.
Not translation. Market adaptation.
The same idea should not look the same in a different content culture.

Frequently asked questions.
Do I need a Chinese company to start?
Not always. The answer depends on the platform, account type, monetization method, and who will own and operate the account. We assess the practical setup during onboarding and may recommend a qualified China-based partner when required.
Which platform should I start with?
We decide based on content depth, format, audience need, search behavior, business model, and operating constraints. Bilibili may fit deep educational video; Xiaohongshu may fit search-led visual learning; WeChat may support deeper relationships; Douyin may suit proven high-retention formats.
Do you simply translate existing content?
No. Translation is one component. We select, restructure, contextualize, rewrite, package, and optimize each asset for the chosen platform and audience.
What happens after the $699 first month?
You can stop, continue with a custom light scope, move into the China Content Desk, or request a Growth & Commercialization Partnership. We recommend the next step from evidence, not an automatic upsell.
Why is the Content Desk currently $1,499?
The first five qualified founding clients receive the introductory rate while we build our first public case studies and refine the operating system. It is locked for their first three months; the standard price is $2,499/month.
Are advertising and KOL fees included?
No. Media spend, KOL/KOC compensation, gifting, shipping, platform fees, travel, legal work, and other third-party costs are separate. Strategy and management may be included in a custom scope.
Can you guarantee followers, views, or revenue?
No responsible partner can guarantee platform outcomes. We guarantee the agreed work, transparent reporting, and evidence-based recommendations—not a fixed number of views, followers, or sales.
Who owns the accounts and content?
Our preference is for the client to own accounts wherever practical. You retain ownership of original IP; account access, adaptation rights, approvals, and handover are documented before work begins.
